Oceanfront Village
The Oceanfront Village will become a hallmark of the peninsula. This five acre site will give Squamish a true waterfront village experience, featuring destination restaurants, pubs and retail, an outdoor gathering place called the Village Commons and an iconic Oceanfront Hotel—all looking out to the Stawamus Chief, Shannon Falls and Howe Sound. The intentionally diverse, small-scale architectural style will give the Village a down-to-earth character that is authentically Squamish. Yet, it will be a concentration and synergy of activity that will create a destination for both visitors and residents of Squamish.
