Marine Centre
At the south end of Cattermole Slough, a marine centre provides the base for a comprehensive sales and service facility for local and regional boaters. The Marine Centre will feature a fully integrated collection of businesses for chartering, outfitting, training on, brokering, building, repairing and maintaining boats.
Its location also allows it to be a visual and sound buffer between the Squamish Oceanfront community and Squamish Terminals. In addition to creating jobs, the Marine Centre adds an authentic feel and animation to the Squamish Oceanfront as visitors witness real people working on real boats.
